CEO and Founder, Jonathan Whistman started LiveOn in November 2010. Frustrated with the lackluster memorial of a friend, he sought to help people take charge of their legacies. Whistman raised $750,000 in the angel round and started LiveOn with just two people in November 2010. Today, he leads an ever-expanding team of 13. The LiveOn team works out of downtown Kansas City, and just launched their web application, LiveOn.com in November 2011. The Ford engine, built by Roush-Yates Engines, has remained competitive and last year Jörg Bergmeister won Grand-Am’s Rolex Series Daytona Prototype driver's championship in a Ford-powered Riley chassis.
